This collection celebrates those who explore the unknown.
Inspired by vintage explorers who navigated the jungles of far off lands in search of nothing more than the unseen. “I imagined lots of khaki and netting with a few hits of color. I envisioned boots through mud and functional accessories”-Samuel Rose. We kept the color palette natural with cream, tans, a bit of brown and added hits of color like bright tangerine orange in contrast with a marine green/blue.
We were super happy with the unveiling of this collection at our “Explore” fashion show. It really encapsulated the whole feeling of this collection with vibey music written and performed live by James Cavern, who was also the first model who walked in our show. We brought in a stage prop and made a tree to add to the jungle feel, food and drinks, and a good turnout of guests. So much hard work went into this showcase, and we were so thankful for the response and support that it created. We hope you enjoy this collection as much as we did making it come to life.

After our All Good “Even” Better collection launched, we were very excited to work with All Good to create a collaboration with them again. This one, however, was a Japanese inspired collection that highlighted their pieces with a unique twist by us. We took inspiration from the kimono and the boro, which is Japanese patchwork, to create a fusion of Japanese and American culture in our designs. It was exciting to bring parts of our culture to theirs, as well as drawing inspiration from them.
Part 2 was something special. This round went straight to Japan and was available in store or on Japanese websites. All Good opened a brand new store in Tokyo’s Harajuku district in early May, and the latest All Good/b:SR collection dawned the racks. Another player in this project was Go Out Magazine, a Japanese magazine that features outdoor clothing and lifestyle. Along with pieces online and in store, there was also a spread in the magazine’s “2019 Outdoor Fashion Book” edition. Overall, we’re super happy with the turnout and honored to have the opportunity to collab with the Japanese brand.

For this collection, we implemented different kinds of cotton to create the look we wanted. We used waxed cottons for some accessories and details. We found a beautiful mercerized cotton from Japan in a grey/brown color that worked beautifully as a pullover shirt and jacket.
Having a chance to encapsulate the beauty of nature, especially Sacramento surroundings, is always a huge inspiration for our art. Hope you enjoy this “RIVER” Collection as much as we did creating it.

A capsule collection of reconstructed pieces.
Like most, this project started with a conversation over pizza. From there we set guidelines, which there weren’t much of. Then we were given free range of the All Good warehouse for product, inspiration and content. Total creative freedom, which we love.
Once Samuel Rose dug through some boxes and bags, he found what would soon become All Good “EVEN” Better. A capsule collection that would soon be released at the All Good flagship store in Sacramento. We created jackets mixed with backpack parts, moroccan rugs and ponchos. We cut the tops off a few brim hats and finished them with leather binding. We made dresses and skirts out of jackets. Cropped some pants and added functional pockets at the thigh.
The release event was in store and consisted of 9 live models, a hip ass crowd and some food and drinks. After the presentation, Jason, the owner of All Good, and Samuel rolled out a large yellow scaffolding with all the clothes hanging like a rack. Then it was time to shop.
The pieces turned out beautifully and it was an honor to collaborate with All Good to create these unique designs.
Keep your eyes sharp for for the next project between b:SR and All Good.
